Our Mission
TURNING DARKNESS INTO LIGHT
The mission of ShadowLight is to enable people of all ages, especially students, to connect to the Holocaust on a personal level, both emotionally and physically and inspire them to make a positive impact on the current world through infusing them with a sense of responsibility and empowerment.
Our Approach
OUR MESSAGE IS EMOTIONAL, BUT OUR APPROACH IS INNOVATIVE AND STRATEGIC.
We teach each child according to their strengths, and make sure to engage students so that they connect, not just intellectually and as critical thinkers, but also emotionally which leads to deeper retention and motivation to act. The students leave not just with new knowledge, but with a sense of empowerment which will lead them to take action. We make the education relevant to their lives so that it will become a part of them.
